We grow our own ghost peppers, and these are chocolate ones and smoked first! (organically always at our farm!) and dehydrate them in house and grind them down with sea salts for a super hot fun blend! A little goes a long way both in heat and salt with this! This is not as hot as our Reaper salt, and is my personal fav ! You can use this on literally ANYTHING!
